As much as the Atlanta Hawks frequent a quick ‘Weak’ action in transition, they run it almost as much sideline out-of-bounds to get shots for Kyle Korver. Korver is one of, if not the best, at reading the defense using skilled footwork to get open. Even more impressive are his teammates at being patient an allowing him to set-up and play off of his cuts. For example, in the 2nd clip Brooklyn tries to top-lock and Horford just twists his screen to send Korver off a triple stagger to the opposite side.
Players, watch Korver’s footwork as he gets open on every cut. In addition to his footwork on the catch and how freezes his hips to stay balanced on his lift.
