Today’s drill is excellent to use in a small group setting to help teach players the proper footwork to catch-rip-score in small amounts of space. You can perform each move below individually as a set for a pre-determined number of makes; OR you can perform the drill in a cycle where they must repeat each of the 7 moves in sequence for a pre-determined number of makes.
On each catch the player must catch the ball and make the move from their pocket. Any rips from strong to weak side should be performed hip to hip.
