2. Circle the block and sprint around the second lane marker to the elbow and across the FT line.
3. Once you hit the opposite elbow, back pedal through the lane line.

2. Mix in sprints and backpedals and slides.
3,B Mix in sprints and backpedals and slides around each block/lane marker.
4. After the last sprint/backpedal repeat back down the lane…repeat several repetitions of this.
