Chair Lay-Ups Drill

Chair Lay-Ups is a great conditioning drill that requires your players to focus in and make no mistakes.

A good goal should be to make 10 lay-ups in 30 seconds. Add a coach under the rim with a pad or blocker to create contact for the player and make the drill tougher.
